With a Gold, Silver and two Bronze medals on Day 3 of the Asian Games 2018, India would be looking to have another good day on Day 4 of the games with lots of medal events on the list.



Indian wushu team enjoyed a outstanding outing on Tuesday with four out of five players and assuring India atleast 4 medals, they will play the semi-finals on Day 4.

Indian men’s compound team comprising of Abhishek Verma, Aman SAINI, Rajat Chauhan and Sangamprit Bisla will take the field for the very first time for the men’s compound and team rankings qualifications .

In shooting, Manu Bhaker and Rahi Sarnobat will participate in Women’s 25m Pistol event while Anjum Moudgil and Gaayathri N will go for glory in women’s 50m Rifle 3 Positions event.

In wrestling, Gurpreet Singh will carry the Indian hopes in Greco-Roman 77kg event, Harpreet Singh will wrestle against Park H-g (Korea) in 87kg category, while Hardeep and Naveen will participate in 97kg and 130kg respectively.

Meanwhile, Indian men’s Volleyball team will be up against Qatar for their second group match after winning their first against Hongkong in the Asiad.
